1. Order Processing and Shipping Policy

  • We use reliable courier companies like FedEx and DTDC to ship our products, which are fully insured. Dispatch is typically done within 24 business hours. Delivery is expected within 3-7 business days.
  • We will not be responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen issues with the courier companies or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
  • For express shipping, please reach out to us. We can arrange it at additional charges, subject to availability at your pincode.

2.    Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • To cancel an order, customers should contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing the order details.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

3.    Refund Policy:

Refund is initiated after receiving the product in our warehouse and thorough inspection of the same. Upon the procedure, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

4.    Return Shipping:

In case of any manufacturing defects with the products received, reach out to us in 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

5.    Exclusions:

  • Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on Support@kalaaaistudio.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
